Labour has held onto the Nottingham North constituency, which has been a stronghold for the party for 32 years, with a win for returning MP Alex Norris.
He comfortably beat off competition from the Conservatives but with a reduction in his majority from 23,067 to 17,337.

The Conservatives, who came second, gained votes – going from 11,907 to 12,847.
The Brexit Party came in third place with 2,686.
The Liberal Democrats were in fourth, more than doubling their 2017 vote from 674 to 1,582.
The Green Party came last but also increased their vote from 538 to 868.
